Shipping Policy

How long until my order ships?
We aim to ship within 2 business days of receiving your order.
Orders placed over the weekend will start processing Monday morning. We do not ship at the weekend or public holidays.

How long will my order take to arrive?

All orders are sent USPS

First Class, which should take 4-9 business days. Priority Mail should take 3-6 business days. Express should take 1-2 business days.

These times may be affected by the area you live in and any delays due to weather. 

Where do we ship to?
We ship to all US states where vape mail is legal, as well as armed forces addresses & out of country areas as well.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, the tracking number will be sent to the email address you used to place your order - if you don't see it, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

Please do not be alarmed if the delivery confirmation (USPS version of tracking) states Pre-Shipment or has not updated the first day. USPS delivery confirmation does not update until the package has reached a sort facility or your local post office. There are no updates in between.

All delivery issues should be addressed with your local post office.

Incomplete or Incorrect Address Submissions:
Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order. Errors in the shipping address will cause delays in transit times or returned orders. We will refund the order (less shipping fee) when it is returned to us by USPS.
